In 2020, I project managed a public engagement campaign to collect quotes from Houstonians that would be featured in Memorial Park for all time. Part of this project’s creative process involved writing content for social media posts and targeted ads to gather quotes and raise awareness for the organization.

Collecting qualitative data from users is an important preliminary phase of any public engagement campaign. In 2019, I helped Memorial Park Conservancy launch a survey to gather public feedback with the intent of improving programs and ascertaining key user motivations.

Composing brand-compliant social media marketing content in the voice of insurance agents was an ongoing project I helped support in my role as Communications Specialist at American National. This Facebook post is one among a suite of posts I worked on to help agents raise American National’s brand awareness at farmers markets across the nation.
